So burger king has been hopelessly desperate for media attention lately they are just dying to be on blogs, late night tv shows, SNL's weekend update, and the colbert report. But I completely understand the last one. Cause that is everyone's dream. Anyway, first it was their "flame broiled" perfume, now an application on facebook. Cause that's what the kids are doing these days. It's called Whopper Sacrifice, and you have to delete 10 of your friends, to get mailed a coupon for a whopper. But the worst part is that they notify the friends you delete. So I don't think I would want these people I used to call my friends to be like, "Wow, Andrea is a fat-ass who values a free burger more than our friendship." But I get the feeling this won't prevent most people. So I am awaiting my notification- "You have been deleted by 11 friends in their power hungry pursuit for free fast food."
also, p.s., it is super creepy how it says "55,789 Friends have been sacrificed" and the words are on fire. Can't we just sacrifice goats and virgins, like in the good old days?
